The Board is still working to determine the assessment increase per lot, within a range of $75-100 a year. Per
Article VII, Section 7.02 of the CC&R for LaGrange Commons, the Board is tasked with reviewing and setting
the annual assessment amount no less than thirty (30) days in advance of each annual assessment period.
